incorrect label? need help - brentboudreaux1 - 08-07-2012

i just bought this on the bay...upon further inspection i believe the label is incorrect...

it says #47 action when i believe it should say #47 autographs.

do you guys/gals think it is just an error on beckett's part or possibly someone opening that case and inserting this card?

any help is appreciated

If someone cracked the slab, there would definitely be obvious damage to the case. If you think it's a miss-label you can contact Beckett Customer Service, and they should correct it for you.

Ok thanks for the advice.
Have you seen any that Beckett has Mis labelled?

I had an order once label a Drew Brees card as Chris Paul and my Chris Paul card was labeled as Drew Brees. Since I was the original customer it was a free repair.

I *think* it's 5 bucks otherwise. I could be wrong.

I collect Pokemon cards, and they sometimes miss-label a couple of them.
(Wrong card number, wrong set, etc.)

They have been really nice about it, and fix them for free.

Send an eMail to: grading@beckett.com

Just describe to them about what the error is, and Make Sure to Send a Photo or Two.

They have always been nice and apologetic when I had this problem. Good Luck!

I'd get it fixed, PC or not. Aren't we as collectors supposed to be an anal retentive bunch?
