Panini no longer accepting expired redemptions

Boo. Redemption cards should not have an expiration date, period. If you cannot put the card in the product you are selling, then either honor the Redemption as long as there is product, or recall all of the unpurchased product once the Redemptions expire, or do not put it in the product at all.

I completely agree with you Tom. They shouldn't even have redemption cards at all. If the cards (or MEM or AU sticker) isn't there in time for pack-out, remove the card(s) from the CL and put them in a later product if they do arrive later.
Austin and Ty Dillon are notorious for redemption cards and I am curious as to why...are they just too lazy to send them back on time?
Otherwise, I just received an expired 2017 redemption a few weeks ago, which I submitted in February, so I got in just under the wire! |
