This year, there’s a limit of 10 packs per household — with the requirement that they must all be sent at the same time. A collector gets one five-card pack for every 24 hobby, 10 HTA jumbo or 36 retail wrappers. Just like last year, there will be autographs in the packs, while supplies last.
