I have a hockey card that is a promo by the Barrie Colts from 2000-01. It came from a team set that was given to fans at a handful of games that season. Is this something BGS will grade? It's not made by any of the big companies or anything - I believe it was printed locally by a company in Barrie.

I don't want to send it in only to have it sent back because BGS won't grade it.

I know in baseball sets BGS has graded sweepstakes promo cards in the past. For example, 1996 Topps Baseball had a Mickey Mantle promo card you could send in for a chance to win a real Mickey Mantle card; I've seen the promo cards graded before.
