I'm a bit concerned. On July 19th I received an email from BGS finally confirming after several months that they had received my card for grading, and the web page status was updated as well with a Received Date. Today I logged in to see if the status had changed and it is now showing N/A for the received date additional details.
Anyone else seeing this or have experience with this? I sent them the obligatory email, but I doubt I'll get a meaningful response.
