Becketts cust svc is TERRIBLE.. 

Had an econ order (25 cards) arrive on 9/12, and hasnt moved at all... Then sent in another econ order under the collectors special that arrived 10/20 and "moved to repository" just 5 days later..

1st. What is "Moved to repository"

2nd. Why would the later order already have some movement, but nothing on the first.

Honestly I am starting to sweat because the total value of the cards is around 30k, and I cant get any good answers or replies from Beckett because they suck at customer service!

I really appreciate any insight!

I ALSO SAW THAT I HAVE 8 NICE CARDS 2 WEEKS LATER SAYS "Moved to repository" MAYBE AWAITING GRADING OR SLABBING id try to go through online customer service
