Not sure if anyone remembers when Topps bought a ton of vintage cards and put them in wax backs with a silver stamp "50th Anniversary or Topps Original" on them. Just wondering if someone is trying to put together a vintage set.  Would they want the silver stamped cards in their collection.  Or does the stamp take away the originality of the card...Thanks.

Doesn't seem that long ago. 2017. I guess that's 7 years now. I'm not putting together the set but I do keep an out out for players that I collect and pick them up when I see them. Not sure they're worth much but they're neat additions to my player collections.

I got 3 of the same buyback in one of those $5 mixers from Rite-Aid ... one of those dual rookie cards of a couple guys on the Pirates.
