The actual "Uncirculated" cards were straight parallels of the basic Bowman's Best autographed rookie cards - except these were sealed inside a hard plastic case of which was affixed with a tamper-proof Topps holographic logo. These cards were printed to a stated print run of 20 sets and there is no pricing provided due to scarcity. The deadline to redeem the cards was December 31st, 2002. [Collapse]
