1974 Nebraska Playing Cards

This 54-card set of playing cards measures 2 1/4" by 3 1/2". The cardbacks feature the words "Go Big Red" and "Nebraska" in the shape of a football helmet against either a red or white background color -- there were two versions of the set in either white or red colored backs. This 54-card set of playing cards measures 2 1/4" by 3 1/2". The cardbacks feature the words "Go Big Red" and "Nebraska" in the shape of a football helmet against either a red or white background color -- there were two versions of the set in either white or red colored backs. The cardfronts feature a black and white player photo with the player's name below. The cards are checklisted below in playing card order by suit (C for Clubs, D for Diamonds, H for Hearts, S for Spades, and JOK for the Jokers) and numbers are assigned to Aces (1), Jacks (11), Queens (12), and Kings (13). This set was released in 1974 and very closely resembles the 1973 set with a few of the differences as noted below. It also includes the first card of legendary head coach Tom Osborne. [Collapse]
