89 Bowman Tiffany Griffey PICS... What will it grade?

89 Bowman Tiffany Griffey PICS... What will it grade?
I just bought a sealed set of 89 Bowman Tiffany and had to pull the Griffey. It is amazing, but off-center. You guys are the experts, so what do you think it will grade and where should I grade it?

8-8.5
Couldn't tell you where to grade it, depends if you're going to keep it or sell it. I'd do an eBay search of this card graded between an 8 and 8.5 in psa and bgs and see which one has a higher sold price. 
Nice Griffey! May I ask what the set cost you? I know it was limited to 6,000 sets, if I remember correctly & the Griffey ungraded goes for around $200. How did the Father/Son card look? Worth grading?
Sorry for the delayed response. I would grade the griffey Sr. and most of the other star/HOF cards!
