Hi Scott, It should be working now, we were having a few technical issues with it, but you can always print out the confirmation page and write the code on there and we will apply it in office. When you use the online form, your credit card infomration is just stored in our software for use when we receive your package, you are not charged when you place your submission, so we are able to edit, adjust and apply promo codes in the office for you.
