2017 Topps Now World Series Match-Ups arrived in the lull between the Astros locking up their spot in the championship and Game 1 of the final round. It’s a mini set that simply showcases the various pairings as Houston takes on Los Angeles.

Like traditional 2017 Topps Now Baseball cards, these were offered on the company’s website for 24 hours on October 23 and 24. Individual cards were $9.99 each while a complete set of ten was $59.99.

2017 Topps Now World Series Match-Ups are double-sided cards. Teams each take a side. There isn’t anything in the way of statistical comparisons, just images and minor design elements.

Bonus Cards

2017 Topps Now World Series Match-Ups has a bonus card element. If one of the featured players wins the World Series MVP, those who ordered that card get a free second card. Similar bonus cards are triggered for pitchers throwing a complete game and batters hitting three home runs in one game.

Those buying full sets are, obviously, eligible for all bonus cards.

All cards are print-to-order with production runs coming after the initial sales window.
