Goldin Auctions donates money to Sandy Relief Fund
People are suffering from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy that hit the northeast in October.
Members of the hobby from shops to collectors to product developers were affected by the storm in small and big ways. Some lost power and heat. Others lost their homes and possessions.
Companies and individuals came out to help those in need, including Goldin Auctions located in southern New Jersey.

Several days after the storm, Goldin Auctions announced it would donate money to a relief fund to help the victims.
This week, Goldin Auctions donated $5,000 to the American Red Cross South Jersey Region after the company’s inaugural auction. Goldin created 15 special Hurricane Sandy Relief lots where 100 percent of the proceeds were donated to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
“We thank our bidders for being so generous and helping us help this great organization,” said Ken Goldin, who was born in New Jersey, a state deeply affected by the super storm.
