I am pretty sure that they would do that, but they would charge you a "regrade" fee, which is basically paying to get the card regraded with subs. No discounts on that service.

Don't forget the $3 case cracking fee too.

The purpose is to generate more revenue with less volume the car the lowest cost grading with sub grades is bulk at $15 per card up 40% from before no sub grades $10 per card up $2 from the previous subgrade service prices increase across the board with less volume of submissions
