Signature Authentication

Our witnessing and verification are noted on the Beckett label which will include a gold foil for signed manga. Our label is then encapsulated in our tamper evident case, to further legitimize each signature.

AUTHENTIC SIGNATURE (ASP)

Our ASP program is designed to provide real time witnessing of signatures to the consumer. Where available, our ASP service allows a representative to be present for signings.

VERIFIED SIGNATURE (VSP)

Alternatively, our VSP program is useful in the situation that manga is signed and unable to be witnessed by our team. Our experienced in-house professionals utilize a multitude of techniques to verify each signature where applicable, so you can rest assured the signatures on your collection are legitimate.

These two services are different from a typical Certificate of Authenticity- which is not tamper proof with the signed product and can be subject to potential certificate swapping/copying.

How does the Verification
Process Work?

All Signatures are authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS). Once the item containing a signature requiring authentication is received and entered into the system, BAS begins their autograph examination process before being sent for grading or encapsulation.
